Because each woman is different and each pregnancy is unique, Integral Pilates offers you the possibility of working together with your midwife in childbirth preparation classes. It also offers you to recover your pelvic floor so weakened after childbirth.

Do you suffer from an injury produced in an accident and need a rehabilitation program? Do you want to strengthen your abdominal area after childbirth?

Physiotherapists are essential in the early stages of recovery after injury, but by working together with a qualified personal trainer we can achieve better results. For example, a 13-year-old girl with type "C" scoliosis, had a weekly session with the physiotherapist, and two sessions a week with a Pilates instructor.

At Pilates Integral we try to establish relationships with other health professionals to offer you the best of treatments.

Using work elements you will improve your posture, stability, and core muscles and you will relieve back and neck pain.

Whether you practice golf and want to improve your swing or if you are someone who practices athletics, some Pilates classes designed for you will highlight your performance with great. With a material as basic as a mat, balls, and/or bosu.

Personal trainer

They are private classes, one on one, where we can dedicate all our time to carrying out the chosen activities.

We offer a Personal Trainer service at home, being able to work cardio classes according to the client's preference: aerobics, fitness, step, body combat, maintenance, and jogging.

PilatesIntegral will design a personalized exercise program tailored to your wellness goals, with a commitment to motivate and guide you to achieve the results you want so you can look and feel great!

These classes are held at home or in any gym designated by the client.
